Resolved, That the 77th General Convention direct the Domestic & Foreign Missionary Society’s (DFMS) staff, the appropriate department(s) to be determined by executive staff, to gather and make electronically available and easily accessible, both online for downloads and in electronic media such as CD-ROM, DVD, and their successor technologies, all liturgical resources adopted for permanent or trial use by General Convention, as soon as reasonably feasible after the close of this convention, but not later than year end of 2013;

Resolved, That the DFMS staff provide annual reports to Executive Council for Council’s October 2013 and October 2014 meetings, and that Executive Council provide a report to the 78th General Convention on the status of the electronic availability of such liturgical resources;

Resolved, That adoption of this resolution does not imply or provide any authority to use such liturgies not otherwise given in the canons and bylaws of the church, the relevant diocese or mission area, or the diocesan or mission area ecclesiastical authority; and be it further

Resolved, That the General Convention request the Joint Standing Committee on Program, Budget and Finance to consider a budget allocation of $40,000 for the implementation of this resolution within the 2012-2015 triennium.
