Resolved, That Title I, Canon 8, Section 1, be amended so that the third paragraph will read as follows:
The Second Province shall consist of the Dioceses within the States of New York and New Jersey, and the Missionary Dioceses of Haiti and the Virgin Islands, and the Convocation of American Churches in Europe.
