Resolved, That this 68th General Convention, while it is equally mindful of pressing domestic social needs, urge the President, the Congress, the Coordinator for Refugee Affairs of the State Department, the Commissioner of the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the Justice Department, the Attorney General, the Secretary of State, the Chairmen of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees and the House Foreign Affairs Committee, to take immediate action to bring relief to the unprotected Cambodian refugees now in camps on the Thai-Cambodian border, and to give their fullest support to the prompt reunification of families whose relatives are now within the United States.
