Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That we call upon the President and Congress to reject any proposed legislation intended to increase military aid to the Philippines; and be it further

Resolved, That as members of the Episcopal Church we support our sisters and brothers in the Philippines and assure them of our love and prayers.
