Resolved, That the 69th General Convention call upon the Episcopal Church's Public Ministries Cluster, especially the Washington Office, to continue to monitor and advocate for substantive and equitable welfare reform with particular concern for Aid for Dependent Children, and for programs addressing the needs of low income families who are employed and those addressing women, infants, and children; and be it further

Resolved, That the Episcopal Church's Public Ministries Cluster continue to inform the congregations throughout the Church about opportunities for welfare reform that will enhance the well-being of all people.
