Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That this 69th General Convention urge all Bishops of this Church to publicly speak in opposition to attempts made at the local level to quarantine people who have AIDS, or ARC, or have tested HIV positive; or otherwise compromise their civil rights; and be it further

Resolved, That all members of the Episcopal Church be urged to support the confidentiality of people who have AIDS, or ARC, or have tested HIV positive, and to support anti-discrimination efforts nationwide.
