Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the 69th General Convention reaffirm this Church's support for our sisters and brothers in the Diocese of Jerusalem, especially in this time of crisis, and strongly urge all dioceses to respond generously to the Special Appeal for the Diocese of Jerusalem by the Presiding Bishop's Fund for World Relief; and be it further

Resolved, That the staff of World Mission in Church and Society assist dioceses in understanding the conflict between the State of Israel and the Occupied Territories and, using existing available resources, encourage dioceses, through prayer, study programs and workshops, to take an active interest in the impact of that conflict on the Diocese of Jerusalem.
