Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the 1991 General Convention commend the President and the Congress of the United States on the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act; and be it further

Resolved, That all agencies and organizations of the Episcopal Church be urged to comply voluntarily with the provisions of this Act.
