Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That Jubilee Ministry be reaffirmed as the model for ministry and outreach; and be it further

Resolved, That dioceses and congregations initiate a re-examination of their mission statements vis-a-vis their outreach activity; and be it further

Resolved, That dioceses and congregations intentionally develop Jubilee training centers; and be it further

Resolved, That dioceses and congregations address the issues of violence, its causes and the Church's response in convention workshops.
