Resolved, That the 73rd General Convention of the Episcopal Church endorse and support justice that addresses the identified needs of juvenile offenders, their families, and victims within each community of the Church; and be if further

Resolved, That the Presiding Bishop appoint persons to include this Ministry within the Office of the Bishop for the Armed Services, Health Care, and Prison Ministry.
