Resolved, That the 73rd General Convention call on state and federal governments to enact legislation to ensure that DNA testing be made available to accused persons when evidence to allow such testing is available or can be collected; and be it further

Resolved, That such testing should be made available to prisoners at any time during the corrections process to ensure that innocent persons are not wrongly incarcerated or executed.
