Resolved, The General Convention having consented to the division of the Episcopal Diocese of Central Philippines to form a new diocese, that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1 of Article V of the Constitution, the Executive Council hereby approves the duly adopted Constitution of the Episcopal Diocese of North Central Philippines, certified copy of which has been filed with the Secretary of the General Convention and which Constitution includes an unqualified accession to the Constitution and Canons of The Episcopal Church. |
