Resolved, That the Executive Council pledge to our American Indian/Alaska Native/Native Hawaiian sisters and brothers our strenuous efforts to root out racism, implicit and explicit, encountered in our Church and in our ministries; and be it further Resolved, That the Executive Council urge parishes, dioceses, provinces and national offices to continue educational efforts on American Indian/Alaska Native/Native Hawaiian history, culture, and law in order to respond effectively to racist actions and attitudes. |
