The American Episcopal Church in Havana, Cuba, c.1915. The Episcopal Church began its work in Cuba in 1871 with the work of the Reverend Edward Kenney. In 1966 the Episcopal Church in Cuba was granted autonomy from the church in the United States and placed under the jurisdiction of a Metropolitan Council.
