Resolved, That the 70th General Convention of the Episcopal Church commend the dioceses and congregations of the Episcopal Church for the generous response to the Presiding Bishop's Fund for World Relief emergency relief appeal; and be it further
Resolved, That as the war in the Gulf has created one of the largest migrations of human history, thrusting great responsibilities upon local church and voluntary organizations to provide relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction measures for ongoing periods of time, that the need to respond to the Presiding Bishop's Fund for World Relief emergency appeal continue.
