Resolved, That the 65th General Convention urge Provinces, Dioceses and Parishes, in cooperation with all agencies having expertise in the field, to search out the causes of such violation of Christian practices and seek funding of staff personnel to implement studies as Court-Watching Committees, Half-way Houses for Paroled Prisoners or Drug Addicts, and protest against unacceptable displays of horror and cruelty in the media.
