Resolved, That the Office of Communication of the Episcopal Church be requested to develop in-service training for diocesan communication persons in each of the Provinces of this Church to enable them to use effectively the telecommunications linkage with Episcopal Information Network (EPINET), Episcopal News Service (ENS), and Episcopal Life for two-way communication. |
