Resolved, That the lapsed balance of $333,746 from the 1991 General Church Program Budget be distributed in accordance with Resolution AF 14 (Executive Council 2/92) to complete payment of standing appropriations to forty-seven overseas and domestic diocesan partners; and be it further Resolved, That the lapsed balance of $140,000.00 from the 1991 General Church Program Budget be carried forward for budgetary purposes to fiscal year 1992 and be designated for the Coalition for Human Needs; and be it further Resolved, That the lapsed balance of $86,306 from the 1991 General Church Program Budget be carried forward for budgetary purposes to Fiscal Year 1993. |
