Resolved, That the Executive Council of the Episcopal Church, meeting in Burlington, VT, June 11-14, 2004, urge appropriate officials of the City of New York to enter into sincere and respectful dialogue with the World Trade Center Families for Proper Burial to identify and implement steps to bring solace and resolution to these grieving families, including respectful acknowledgement of the World Trade Center remains; and be it further Resolved, That this resolution be sent to
