The man on the right in this picture is the Very Rev. Ramon Taibo, Dean of the Cathedral Church of the Redeemer, Madrid, and Bishop Elect of the Spanish Episcopal Reformed Church. The picture, which shows Dean Taibo conversing with the Rev. Jose Busquets of Valladolid, and the Rev. Antonio Andres of Salamance, was taken in Spain last year by the Rev. William Frey, -director of the Spanish Publications Center in Costa Rica. Dean Taibo was elected Bishop at a special Synod held Nov. 12 in Madrid, and presided over by the Rt. Rev. Luis Pereira, Primate of the Lusitanian Church of Portugal. Bishop Pereira has functioned as Bishop-in-charge of the Spanish Church since the death of the Rt. Rev. Santos Molina last August.
