The man who made it happen more than any other is the Rev. David Chaplin,
assistant to the executive director of the Anglican Consultative Council and the man who
has moderated every Partners in Mission consultation held so far. Shown here, briefing
the partners on their role, Fr. Chaplin also had the task this time of training eight
additional moderators from the Episcopal Church to cover the provincial consultations.
