1978 Lambeth Conference. A Festal Evensong will be celebrated at Westminster Abbey when the
participants in the Lambeth Conference this summer go from Canterbury to London on
Aug. 1. The day in London will also include a tour of Lambeth Palace and a Royal Garden
Party at Buckingham Palace. The preacher at the 2:00 p. m. Westminster Abbey service
will be Archbishop Moses Scott of West Africa.
