The Rev. Canon James R. Gundrum is Executive Officer of the General
Convention of the Episcopal Church and in that post, he coordinates the administrative
functions of Convention. A native of Iowa, Gundrum is also Secretary and Registrar
of Convention -- with responsibility for the journals and registries -- and Secretary
of the House of Deputies and Secretary of the Executive Council.
