Preceding the annual meeting of the Church Army in New York, Jan. 27, Joseph Stevenson of Tacoma, Wash., and Margaret Ann Albert (both kneeling) were commissioned "Evangelists" by the Rt. Rev. John E. Hines, Presiding Bishop. During the service, which took place in the Chapel of Christ the Lord at the Episcopal Church Center, they were also commissioned officers within the Church Army.
