Philippine Church Installs New Prime Bishop. The new prime bishop of the Philippine Episcopal Church (PEC), the Most Rev. Narciso Ticobay, leads a group of women in spontaneous singing following his installation January 6. The PEC is a former missionary diocese of the Epicopal Church in the USA and became an autonomous province of the Anglican Communion in May 1990. (Episcopal News Service photo by James Solheim)
