Antoinette (Toni) Daniels to lead Partnerships Center

Antoinette (Toni) Daniels, director of Learning and Leadership with the Episcopal Church Foundation (ECF), has been named center director for Partnerships at the Episcopal Church Center.
She fills the fourth and final position created to achieve new levels of service and collaboration at the church center.
Featuring a new Diocesan Services unit, the Partnerships Center includes Anglican Communion Relationships, Ecumenical and Interfaith work, grants and covenants, and the United Thank Offering (UTO).
"I'm ecstatic and I'm humbled, all at the same time," said Daniels. "This is an amazing culmination of my talents and my experience."
She said her MBA degree, and administrative background will enable her to be "the support person for all the program people" and "the encourager."
Daniels' responsibilities at ECF have included creating synergistic relationships with Anglican and Episcopal entities by developing programs, products and services which include education, research, and leadership initiatives.
"The church center is delighted that Toni Daniels will be leading our Center for Partnerships," said Linda E. Watt, the Episcopal Church's chief operating officer. "Her strengths as a strategic thinker and a people person will be critical in our important efforts to engage our partners within the Episcopal Church and around the world. Envisioning the many possibilities for our new Diocesan Services Unit will be a top priority for Toni."
Prior to joining ECF, she spent 14 years at General Theological Seminary (GTS) in the capacities of director of admissions, registrar, director of financial aid, and executive director of enrollment management.
She holds a M.B.A., from Baruch College, City University of New York, Executive Program; studies in Human Services Administration, at Rider University, Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and a B.A., in Psychobiology, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
An earlier announcement said each of the new directors will now begin work in shaping the staffing and program of their respective new centers in close collaboration with the Presiding Bishop and other senior managers at the Church Center.
