Virginia Theological Seminary Seeks New Dean

The Protestant Episcopal Theological Seminary in Alexandria, Virginia, is searching for a dean and president to succeed the Very Rev. Richard Reid, who has announced his retirement. Candidates must be members in good standing of a church in the Anglican Communion, committed to the spiritual formation of leaders in the church and to excellence in teaching and scholarship, with respect for diversity and the capacity to work effectively with others. The seminary's search committee seeks candidates that are ordained in the ministry of the Episcopal Church, with substantial experience in theological education or its equivalent, and experience in parish ministry.
