Proposed Committee Amendment:

Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the 67th General Convention impress upon the Episcopal Church its responsibility to support all persons who suffer discrimination in employment because of their participation in or their refusal to participate in abortions for conscience's sake.

The Bishop of Washington, Chairman of the Committee on Social and Urban Affairs, moved the adoption of Resolution D-68A.

Seconded by the Bishop of Southeast Florida.
