Resolved, That the 67th General Convention of the Episcopal Church call upon the Government of the United States and all other nations providing military assistance to the governments or other factions involved in El Salvador and the other Central American countries to end military assistance in order to obtain a just and lasting peace; and be it further

Resolved, That the Secretary of General Convention be directed to send a copy of this resolution to the President and the Congress, the Secretary General of the United Nations, and to the press.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the 67th General Convention of the Episcopal Church call upon the Government of the United States and all other nations providing military assistance to the governments or other factions involved in El Salvador and the other Central American countries to end military assistance in order to obtain a just and lasting peace; and be it further

Resolved, That the Secretary of General Convention be directed to send a copy of this resolution to the President and the Congress, the Secretary General of the United Nations, and to the press.

The Committee recommended that the resolution be adopted as amended by the Committee.
