Resolved, That where legally and pastorally appropriate, each Bishop be requested to direct an appropriate body within his diocese to establish and conduct training workshops for clergy to enable better recognition of the indications of child abuse and child sexual abuse, and for the purpose of orienting the clergy to their own community's resources for dealing with this sensitive issue; and be it further

Resolved, That said workshops be repeated periodically in each diocese in order that new clergy be included.

In the first Resolved following the words "concurring, That":

insert the phrase "where legally and pastorally appropriate,".
