Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the United States Government radically reduce military aid to the Philippines and enthusiastically support our Filipino brothers and sisters in their struggle for self-determination and a just society.
Proposed Committee Substitute:
Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That we call upon the President and Congress to reject any proposed legislation intended to increase military aid to the Philippines; and be it further
