Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That this 69th General Convention of the Episcopal Church condemn acts of terrorism everywhere they occur; and be it further

Resolved, That this Convention set up a standing commission to provide needed assistance to those agencies working directly with the countries affected by acts of terror.
