Resolved, That each diocese make the plight of the poor and oppressed known to its constituency by incorporating into existing educational and vocational programs addressed to church schools, confirmation classes, adult forums, and particularly diaconal programs, materials which present the dilemma of the poor and oppressed and encourage responses in order to raise the quality of life for all God's children.
