Resolved, That the Presiding Bishop may appoint and accept members of other branches of the Anglican Communion as missionaries of the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society with appropriate financial and spiritual support.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That communicants of the member churches of the Anglican Communion may serve as missionaries of/to this Church, in partnership and with written agreement with the ecclesiastical authority of the diocese of jurisdiction; and be it further
