Resolved, That the 70th General Convention approve and endorse the Episcopal Martin Luther King Jr. Legacy Scholarship Fund, established through the action of the Executive Council on January 31, 1991, as a witness to the life and work of Dr. King, in order to provide scholarships for the education of young people at the three historically Black Episcopal Colleges, at St. Augustine College for Hispanics in Chicago, and, through the appropriate offices at the Episcopal Church Center, for the education of young people from the Episcopal Native American and Asia-American communities; and be it further

Resolved, That this fund be supported with contributions and pledges made at public services of witness and through other avenues in the course of this Convention and beyond; and be it further

Resolved, That the Fund, to be administered by the Committee on Trust Funds of the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society, continue through the coming triennium to be distributed equally among these institutions and constituencies of the Church, with a final report to be made to the 71st General Convention.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the 70th General Convention approve and endorse the establishment of the Episcopal Martin Luther King Legacy Scholarship Fund, through the action of the Executive Council on January 31, 1991, as witness to the life and work of Dr. King, in order to provide scholarships for the education of young people at three historically Black Episcopal Colleges, at St. Augustine College for Hispanics in Chicago, and, through the appropriate offices at the Episcopal Church Center, for the education of young people from the Episcopal Native American and Asia-American communities; and be it further

Resolved, That this fund be supported with contributions and pledges made at public services of witness and through other avenues in the course of this Convention; and be it further
