Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the Executive Council appoint a Task Force to create a training program on the procedures, alternatives and consequences of Title IV for Church Attorneys, Respondents' Counsel, Victim Advocates and Members of Trial Courts and Courts of Review; and be it further

Resolved, That the said Task Force produce training programs and materials which can be made available to provinces and dioceses no later than March 31, 1998.
