Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the 73rd General Convention of the Episcopal Church USA endorse and support justice that addresses the identified needs of juvenile offenders, their families, and victims within each community of the Church; and be it further
Resolved, That the Presiding Bishop appoint persons to include this Ministry within the Armed Forces and the Health Care Bishop's Office.
