Resolved, That the 73rd General Convention of the Episcopal Church affirm the recommendations in sections (e.iii) and (f) of Resolution IV.7 of the 1998 Lambeth Conference of Anglican Bishops that the World Council of Churches (WCC) explore ways which would make it possible for the Roman Catholic Church to be a full member of that Council; and be it further
Resolved, That this affirmation be communicated to our representatives to the World Council of Churches, to the U.S. Catholic conference, and to Konrad Raiser, General Secretary of the WCC.
