Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the 74th General Convention encourage congregations to take a special offering on occasions when martyrs of Africa are being commemorated, and that such offerings be sent to Episcopal Relief and Development to support Anglican Provinces in Africa; and be it further
Resolved, That educational materials about African Anglican Provinces be provided at every level of the church.
