Resolved, That The Episcopal Church Center develop new, creative ways of welcoming and incorporating people of diverse ethnic backgrounds into The Episcopal Church; and be it further

Resolved, That the Asiamerica Ministries, Black Ministries, Hispanic Ministries, and Native American Ministries desks of the Episcopal Church Center be retained, holding advocacy and congregational development as equal responsibilities, and be given the budget and resources they need in order to function as an integral part of the work of the church's work [sic] of evangelism to double the average Sunday attendance by 20/20.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the Episcopal Church Center develop new, creative ways of welcoming and incorporating people of diverse ethnic backgrounds into its fold by the year 2020; and be it further

Resolved, That the Asiamerica Ministries, Black Ministries, Hispanic Ministries, and Native American Ministries desks of the Episcopal Church Center be retained as they were originally chartered, in order to function as an integral part of the Church's work to double its Baptized membership by the year 2020.
