Resolved, That the 75th General Convention commend the leadership of the three Historically Black Colleges of The Episcopal Church: St. Augustine’s, St. Paul’s, and Voorhees, for making a significant contribution and providing an Episcopal Church presence for young African-Americans of college age; and be it further
Resolved, That the 75th General Convention request the Joint Committee on Program, Budget, and Finance to restore $300,000 to the current budget to bring the funding to its original 2003 approved level, in the amount of $3,807,000.

Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the Synod of the Fourth Province commend the leadership of the three Historically Black Colleges of The Episcopal Church, St. Augustine’s, St. Paul’s, and Voorhees, for making a significant contribution and providing an Episcopal Church presence for young African-Americans of college age, urges continued and increased support of them and submits this Resolution to the forthcoming 75th General Convention; and be it further
Resolved, That the 75th General Convention of The Episcopal Church affirm its support of these colleges by adoption of this Resolution and other action in support of these colleges.
