Resolved, That Title III, Canon 9, Section 13(g)(2) be deleted as follows:
(2) In the course of proceedings under this Canon, if allegations
of misconduct are made by the Vestry against the Rector that could constitute
an Offense under Title IV, all proceedings under this Canon with respect to
such allegations shall be suspended until the allegations have been resolved or
withdrawn.

Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That Title III, Canon 9, Section 13(g)(2) be deleted as follows:
(2) In the course of proceedings under this Canon, if allegations of
