Resolved, That the House of Bishops meeting at the 79th General Convention of The Episcopal Church, gathered in Austin, Texas, sends our greetings and the assurance of our prayers to the Most Reverend and Right Honorable Justin Welby PC DD, Archbishop of Canterbury, and to Mrs. Welby, in deep gratitude for their life and ministry to our worldwide Anglican Communion.
