Resolved, That the House of Bishops, meeting at this 80th General Convention of The Episcopal Church, gathered in Baltimore, Maryland, sends our greetings and congratulations to the Right Reverend Anthony Poggo, the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Adviser on Anglican Communion Affairs, on his recent appointment as the Secretary-General of the Anglican Communion in succession to the Most Reverend Josiah Idowu-Fearon, and assures him of our prayers and support in this new responsibility on behalf of our Anglican Communion.

Resolved, That the House of Bishops, meeting at this 80th General Convention of The Episcopal Church, gathered in Baltimore, Maryland, sends our greetings and congratulations to the Right Reverend Anthony Poggo, the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Adviser on Anglican Communion Affairs, on his recent appointment as the Secretary-General of the Anglican Communion in succession to the Most Reverend Josiah Idowu-Fearon, and assures him of our prayers and support in this new responsibility on behalf of our Anglican Communion.
