Resolved, That the 64th General Convention of The Episcopal Church ratify, and it does hereby so ratify, the amendment of Clause 6(b) of the Constitution of the Anglican Consultative Council, so that the same shall read:
The Council shall elect a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman from its own number, who shall hold office for four years.
