Resolved, That Title I, Canon 14, Sec. 1 be amended to read as follows:
It shall be unlawful, under the conditions hereinafter stated, to organize a Congregation in any foreign land other than Great Britain and Ireland, and the colonies and dependencies thereof not within the jurisdiction of any Missionary Bishop of this Church nor with any Diocese, Province, or regional Church of the Anglican Communion.
