Resolved, That this 68th General Convention hereby expresses its deep gratitude to the Archbishop of Canterbury for his gracious presence among us, for his sharing of himself, for his witness to the faith of the catholic church in the unity of the Body of Christ, and for his call to the Episcopal Church to look forward as we begin our next two hundred years; and be it further
Resolved, That a copy of this resolution together with the affectionate good wishes of the 68th General Convention of the Episcopal Church be forwarded to Archbishop Runcie.
