The Acts of Convention

Resolved, That this 69th General Convention of the Episcopal Church rejoices in this common tradition and history that our two churches have shared through the years, and now reaffirms this heritage; and be it further

Resolved, That the Episcopal Church joins hands and hearts with the rest of the Anglican Communion, and with our brothers and sisters everywhere in obedience to Christ, and assures the new Province that, through our prayers, and many common associations and activities, we shall express our common partnership in the Gospel of Jesus Christ for the mission of His church, and cherish that unity and interdependence in the Body of Christ that is the essence of true mission.
