Resolved, That the Executive Council shall propose a budget to The Joint Standing Committee on Program, Budget and Finance of the 78th General Convention for the triennium 2016-2018, which shall be based on a framework of the Anglican Communion Five Marks of Mission; and be it further

Resolved, That those Five Marks of Mission are:

  • To proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom
  • To teach, baptize and nurture new believers
  • To respond to human need by loving service
  • To seek to transform unjust structures of society, to challenge violence of every kind and to pursue peace and reconciliation
  • To strive to safeguard the integrity of creation and sustain and renew the life of the earth; and be it further

Resolved, That the budget shall also be made available in a format that identifies Corporate, Canonical, and Program expenses.
