Resolved, That the Executive Council expresses its appreciation for the following appointments made on behalf of the Presiding Bishop in recent months:

Rev. Karen King – Diocese of Chicago – assigned as an Episcopal Volunteer in Mission at the Msalato Theological College in the Diocese of Central Tanganyika, Church of the Province of Tanzania. Her appointment started on September 8, 2016.

Rev. Dr. Walter Roy Knowles, PhD – Diocese of Olympia – teaching assignment as an Episcopal Volunteer in Mission at the Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church of Haiti. His appointment started on November 6, 2016.

Dr. Thomas McGowan, PhD – Diocese of Nebraska – assigned as an Episcopal Volunteer in Mission in the Diocese of the Dominican Republic. His assignment began on August 1, 2016.

Dr. Lucinda Mosher, PhD – Diocese of Florida – teaching assignment as an Episcopal Volunteer in Mission at the Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church of Haiti. Her appointment started on June 18, 2016.

Mr. Perry Alan Yarborough – Dioceses of Western North Carolina and Upper South Carolina – assigned as an intern with the Episcopal Church Office of Government Relations and Virginia Theological Seminary Center for Anglican Communion Studies. The appointment began on September 1, 2016.
